("app", "we") collects, uses, and protects users' information.

1.1. Usage and diagnostic data
We collect technical and usage information from the app, such as device
type, operating system, installation identifiers, error logs (crash logs),
and interactions with the app's features. This data is used exclusively to:
  - Identify and fix technical issues;

1.2. Data for displaying ads
The app may display ads provided by advertising partners (e.g., Google
AdMob). For this purpose, device advertising identifiers and interaction
data with the displayed ads may be collected, in order to:
  - Display ads;
  - Measure the performance of advertising campaigns;
  - Prevent excessive display of the same ad.

users can manage their personalized ad preferences directly in their
device settings (Android/iOS).

1.3. Purchases and subscriptions
If the user purchases a support subscription (recurring support) within
the app, transaction data is processed by the app store (Google Play /
App Store) and the payment provider used. We do not store credit card
data or complete financial information.

2. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

The data collected is used only for:
  - Ongoing maintenance and improvement of the app's quality;
  - Displaying relevant advertising and sustaining the app's development;
  - Technical support and fixing issues reported by users.

  - Request deletion of the data associated with their use of the app;
  - Uninstall the app, stopping the collection of new data.
